Shipping Terms

1. All orders are processed immediately upon receipt and are shipped from Lakewood, NJ.

2. We ship anywhere in the continental U.S. and Canada, via UPS or Fedex.

3. You may apt for overnight, second day or three day select.

4. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. All orders must include a complete address including an apartment number or office suite number. The shipping companies charge and extra fee for missing information or incomplete addresses.

5. Sometimes, it may be necessary to substitute on food contents, however, quality will never be compromised.

6. All food contents of our gifts are prepackaged by the manufacturers. All products are certified kosher and all dairy chocolates are cholov yisroel unless otherwise noted.

7. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover.

8. All orders, other than same day shipment, can be cancelled within two hours of being placed either by phone or online. Cancellation for same day shipment orders cannot be accepted after 12 noon.

9. Dream-A-Gift does not accept returns on our products. If a product arrived damaged, please email sales@dreamagift.com or call our toll free line at 888-961-GIFT for a prompt replacement.
